Raimundo Arrais do Rosário (; born August 1956), is a civil servant in Macau and the current Secretariat for Transport and Public Works since 2014. Rosário was born in Macau under Portuguese administration in August 1956. He received a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from University of Porto and earned a master's degree in soil mechanics from Universidade Nova de Lisboa. Rosário became a civil servant in 1979 until 1990. From 1990 to 1999 he became a freelancer in civil engineering. Since the Handover of Macau Rosário became director of several organizations.
